Varinder and Anita Sahi have long turned to the full-bodied reds of the Southern Rhône valley from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas appellations for their finesse, power and versatility with cuisine. These wines are unapologetic and unabashedly representative of a region that is proud to blend diverse grapes to make a beautiful wine. This is what inspired the Sahis' blend for The Cure. Year after year, The Cure has been the story of the harvest that it was born from.
