Tasting Notes
2021’s Rosé wine is bright and refreshing with a bold, fruity profile. It’s completely dry and has the sweet-tart expression of fresh strawberries on the nose and palate. Notes of peach, kiwi and grapefruit also support the palate. Mouthwatering acidity makes this wine a perfect pair with cured meats.
Winemaking
Varietals were handpicked in September and October at optimal flavor and phenolic maturity. Each lot had the briefest skin contact of 1-3 hours, to offer a beautiful blush of color while maintaining fruit-forwardness and freshness. The wine was fermented 100% stainless steel. Élevage: The wine has aged for 8 months in stainless steel.
